We’re moving from out of state. Can we buy a home without flying in multiple times?

Yes. Many relocation buyers write offers after a mix of virtual and targeted in‑person tours. We’ll only move forward when you’re comfortable, and we’ll use video, detailed walk‑throughs, and local context so you’re not buying “blind.”

How far in advance should we contact you before our move?

Ideally 2–4 months before you want to be here, and earlier if possible. That said, we understand that things happen that are totally out of your control. Should that be the case, we can work together to make that happen.
